Return and Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Goods

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased from Tasty Sparkles.

Damaged Items

While we do not accept returns under normal circumstances, we understand that items may occasionally arrive damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

In extremely warm weather it is possible that some of our products may leak moisture into the packaging causing a slight stain. This should be of cosmetic concern only and does not alter the product itself.

Reporting Damaged Items

To report a damaged item, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number
  • Submit clear photographic evidence showing the damage to both the product and packaging
  • Include a detailed description of the damage

Review Process

Once we receive your damage claim with photographic evidence, we will review your submission within 3-5 business days. We will then contact you regarding the resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
